Winona Kitaoka is the principal consultant for Records Management Resources. She began her consulting practice in 1992 following 18 years as Records Manager at BHP Hawaii. In 1995, the Institute of Certified Records Managers awarded her Certified Records Manager (CRM) status. Ms. Kitaoka is a past-president of both the Association of Information and Image Management – Aloha Chapter and ARMA – Hawaii Chapter. She graduated from the University of Hawaii with a Bachelor’s degree in education and a Professional Diploma in teaching.
