Rob Alston serves as the Vice President, Operations and General Manager for the Hawaii Branch of Access Information Management, a leading regional records and information management company headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area. Rob oversees all financial, operational, sales and account management functions for FileMinders of Hawaii, LLC and PortaBox Storage Hawaii. Additionally, Rob assists identify potential acquisitions and takes in active role with post-acquisition integration of operations and systems.

Rob has over 8 years of experience in records management and was previously a partner and the Director of Operations for FileMinders and PortaBox Storage Hawaii before joining the Access Information Management team.

Rob is also an active member in ARMA Hawaii Chapter, serving as president and vice president twice. He is also the President of the Board of Directors for the Domestic Violence Clearinghouse and Legal Hotline in Hawaii. He lives in Lanikai on the island of Oahu with his wife Amy and their son Turner.
