Geraldine Lee is a Management Analyst and Chief of the Management
Services Section for the Department of Health, State of Hawaii. As a Management Analyst for
over 22 years in State Government for the Department of Health and previously the Department
of Budget and Finance, Ms. Lee has extensive experience in developing and processing reorganization
proposals on a state-wide basis. She has conducted departmental management studies and management audits.
At the Department of Health, Ms. Lee is the Records Officer Liaison to the Department of Accounting and General
Services, Records Management Branch. She is also the Records Report System Liaison for the Department of Health
to the Office of Information Practices, Office of the Lieutenant Governor. Prior to working at the Department of
Health, she has worked at the Bank of Hawaii, Records Management Department as the Records Management Coordinator.
Ms. Lee has served the ARMA Hawaii Chapter as Secretary, Social and Hospitality Chair, Publications Chair,
Professional Development Chair, and most recently Director and Chapter of the Year Chair. Ms. Lee has Bachelors
degrees in Psychology and History from the University of Hawaii (Manoa).
